Mr. Shoaib Sultan Khan is the founder of Aga Khan Rural Support Program, the National Rural Support Program and the Sarhad Rural Support Program. Presently, he is serving as the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of RSPN, NRSP, GBTI, SRSO and Director of the AKRSP.
Vice Chairman
Mr. Roomi Hayat is a Social Entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Rural Management. Mr. Hayat is also the Founding Chairperson of the Human Resource Development Network. For the last 20 years, he has been associated with the field of capacity development on institutional and rural development and employable skills for youth.

Joined the then Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP) in 1955 and served as Assistant Commissioner in Tank & Nowshera; Deputy Commissioner in Bannu; Political Agent in North Waziristan and Malakand. He was Home Secretary, NWFP in the NAP-JUI Government in 1972–73, after which he moved to the Pakistan Foreign Service.

Is Country Director (Pakistan) of the American Institute of Pakistan Studies (a bi-national academic and research institution) at Islamabad. He is a former Fulbright fellow and a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. His field is Public Policy and public management.

Is the Chief Executive Officer of the Rural Support Programmes Network, Pakistan. She has Baqir worked in the rural development sector for 12 years. Her expertise lies in the area of institutional development, women’s development and community development through grassroots social mobilisation models.

Is the Chief Executive officer of National Rural Support Program (NRSP). At NRSP oversees the largest rural development operations of Pakistan. NRSP’s mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people’s potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 54 Districts in all the four Provinces.

Mr. Asim Ghaffar has a remarkable career spanning over 16 years with experience working in different sectors. He actively participated in the National and Punjab IT Policy with the valuable input of significant contributions. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Mr. Ghaffar sits in the oversight committees of National Incubation Centers in Karachi and Peshawar and frequently judges various entrepreneurial competitions. Currently, he is the Vice President R&D at LMKR, the President of Code for Pakistan and the member of National Curriculum Review Board.

Ms. Asma Rashid Khan possesses more than a decade of experience working in the developmental sector, particularly in education. She has lead a large number of fund-raising campaigns for The Citizens Foundation. She is presently the Director of the Satrang Gallery at the Serena Hotel, Islamabad which is a new initiative to encourage and promote young and local artists.

Ms. Saima Qamar possesses an impressive career spanning more than 27 years. She graduated from Karachi University in 1992 and has since worked in both corporate and social sectors. Her marketing research skills has lead several key projects in several multinational and local organizations including Unilever, AC Nielsen, ECPL and Oasis International. More recently she has served as Chairperson Insights at Kantar Pakistan and has now joined AHKRC as a board member.
